Resolved Question: I think my son is taking drugs what should I do?

So my son Anthony age 16 was having some problems at school with his grades so we asked Ms. Jackson (one of his teachers who is in her late twenties) to give him extra help. Everything was fine until I started noticing that his teachers name and phone number was found on his note book and every time he says he's going to "study" with Ms. Jackson he comes home at 11:00 pm looking suspicious.
